My favorite comment was in some code that was zipping up some files. The comment with a Devo (sp?) reference was:

' Zip it, Zip it good. :)

That's hilarious. I always refer to empty catches as 'eating the exceptions' but never thought to be so clever.

That was probably me. I can almost remember writing that. I always disliked having empty blocks, so a nice comment is a welcome addition, especially if it makes someone laugh down the road.

Actually, around the time I posted that I was converting to a new blog since I'm switching to asp.net. Hopefully you've made it to the new site if you're following it at all. I think all I did was post on twitter (back when I used it) that I started one. I didn't really announce it. I know Brian reads it, but not too many others. :) Stop by and have a look whenever.
